Maintenance for the week of December 16:
• PC/Mac: No maintenance – December 16
• NA megaservers for patch maintenance – December 17, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EST (17:00 UTC)
• EU megaservers for patch maintenance – December 17, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 17:00 UTC (12:00PM EST)

Now that we have all these wonderful sets, it's time for ZOS to do the right thing.

Inventory woes aside, we have a big problem with how itemization is handled in this game. It is often necessary/beneficial to accumulate duplicate set pieces in different traits and armor types for different purposes. If you are someone who enjoys creating and tweaking various builds on multiple characters, you really feel the limitations of ESO's itemization system. This leads to massively bloated inventory and general headache.

It's high time ZOS replace traits on items with "trait sockets" that allow the player to change the trait of a piece of gear whenever desired. Here is how I Invision the system:

1. All gear drops with an empty trait socket.
2. 10 trait stones are required to socket or change the trait of a single item.
3. Changing the trait of an item destroys the trait materials already in the socket.
4. Deconstructing an item continues to offer a chance to recover one trait stone (if the item currently has a trait).

Any other thoughts?

You got an insightful, but I also agree and think that is awesome.

It is such an elegant end to the inventory management mini-game that we play too much.

I imagine people who have put in the hours (days/weeks/months) farming the perfect gear will be annoyed, but it would help more casual players out in so many ways.
