Cosmetic bug - bearskin in a tree

@ community moderators - I will stick to /bug in-game command from now on, but this bug is funny enough to share with the public, I think.
If you take a closer look at one of the birch trees around Riften's central market, you'll see a bearskin stuck in the treetop. Pretty sure it wasn't put there intentionally. Also, I first noticed this pre-Imperial City, so it's been there for quite a while I think. Possibly since vanilla?
Please get it off the tree?
