Bow Only NightBlade Build?

I am looking into making a Stamina Bow NightBlade build, all medium armor. The reason for this is because I love the NightBlade red "energy" blades that comes from the class trees. Skills like Ambush and Concealed Blade, make a cool red "magic energy" blade appear from the wrist. My issue with it is that when I teleport with dual wield I do not use the swords I have equipped, it si always the magic energy blades. Not that it is a problem though because I am fond of the red color shadowy look of them. My desire was to part ways with physical melee weapons and have a bow in each slot, one bar more focused on the melee of the energy blades on one on bow skills of course. Either way i would need a bow in each slot so I have a weapon lol.

TL, DR: I am wondering if there are any good bow only builds for Stamina NightBaldes?

There is a link that can give you some ideas. While it does rely on a master how and vMA bow for the dps in the screen shot it's still workable otherwise.

The bigger issue with bow/bow build is range helps dps yet in trials and to an extend in 4man content range puts you outside of heals.

For bow/DW you can scroll to the signature in that thread to find links to his other stam builds for ideas.

The best pure bow build I've used was with a sorcerer. The sorcerer skill Critical Surge beautifully pairs with the bow. Apply dots and keep doing damage or rolling around while critical ticks heal you.

I originally loved using my pure Nightblade archer. Then I got a taste of sorcerer and it's hard to go back.

Bow is my main weapon, for both pvp and pve. Though, I don't have bow in both weapon slots.

I use a two-handed weapon as a pure utility bar. If you plan to pvp, you must have Vigor and Rally on this bar. On your bow bar, for pvp, you should have Draining Shot, Poison Arrow and Snipe. For group content, replace Draining Shot with Endless Hail. All other skills are optional.

As for sets, there are a few bow ones. You could use Hawk's Eye combined with Marksman's Crest and one monster set piece. Personally, I use Marksman and Morag Tong.

Just know that you must have a lot of experience for a bow build to be viable in pvp.

I was using Archer's Mind/Briarheart with vMA Bow and could pull very respectable DPS as Bow only NB. I know those sets are kind of a pain to get, but theey are other options as well.

Have a look - PvP though, but can easily be translated to PvE
