Character lost (NA)

I just logged off 1 hour ago. Few minutes ago I tried to login it said my PC is unauthorized. After I logged in, my character is gone!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

something has gone very wrong in their systems. This just happened to me and there are a few other posts in just an hour. They done broke their game.

Looks like they're looking into it, they said characters and accounts have not been deleted... they're working on it.
