I'm not sure if ZOS offers the service but I am a 10 year player of WoW and I'm starting to really get frustrated with the lack of must have addons like DOT timers. I'm a 451 on Xbox though with 9 trait crafting. Would I have to start over or is there a transfer service?

Grabmoore✭✭✭✭✭Just do it. There is no transfer, but PC offers all you want and don't get as a consolero.
