Has there been any acknowledgement from ZOS that Normal dungeons are seriously bugged?

Sorry but when I take hits from mobs that are on par or doing more damage than Vets there is an issue. No MOB should kill me with a single 28k hit on NORMAL. I should not be getting 14-17k hits from mobs. Hell even when I am well outside of red, mobs that I am distanced from are doing 4-6k damage to me and everyone in the group is getting 14-17k hits that with just one or two 4-6k damage are triggering wipes. Never have I wiped like that on a normal in this game except when I was very new to dungeons or had a team that was very new (like their very first run). That is a vet dungeon. What have you done to normals? They are completely bugged or broken. Fix them pls. The damage is at or higher than vet dungeons and for the love of Talos, chime in and let us know you are looking into this and/or in the process of fixing it.
