Enchanting Jewelry with two glpyhs

My rings and necklace are 140 CP but they have two enchantments. I tried to enchant willpower ring with two different enchantments with no avail. Anyone have any idea how that thing works?

I've read about a bug some time ago where another enchanted his ring and got 2 enchantments in placement and after re logiing they both dissapeard (wish is painfull if you used Kuta)1
