Exploit or bot?

Yesterday in Deshaan near the Mzithumz Wayshrine I spotted a player standing in same place all the time and just spamming the same abilities over and over in a same order - puncturing sweeps, low slash, heavy DW attack. After each 2 kills looking into inventory and again into killing. I was standing there several minutes watching him while his level raised from 8 to 9.

The weird thing was that the mob - Ultus Areloth - was literally respawning immediately after each death. It seems he has no respawn timer and once he was dead he again appeared on place in same second (mob's initial state was sleeping on the ground). Some exploit, bot or just a game after OT?

Sounds to me like they were running a macro, exploiting a broken mob spawn, if they were running a timed macro and were not at the keyboard then they were exploiting that also, ZOS has stated in the past macros were ok unless they automate your game play, that was what they said on a past ESO live.

just tested, even if you can kill him in 4 seconds
will full exp boost, ie group ambrosia eso+

its 1 485 900 per hour and maby more by killing also the guard near him

not bad grind, but i can grind on regular mobs with same or more exp/h speed, without insane bounty and with more profit from new item sets

Why? I already adited screenshot before posting it here and Ultus Areloth on top is the name of the mob not player .

Screen shot seems to have the players name at the top of the picture. The health bar at the top matches the health bar above the players head. Unless I got it backwards. I could be seeing the NPC. The SS is dark on my screen.

But can you do it while AFK? Not saying that's what's going on here, but it seems to be the implication.

Well, it might be one way to get the attention of ZOS. Cheating and botting doesn't seem to work.

Believe me, it's not a player's name, no need to continue this investigation

. Would be no point for me to edit just the player's name over his head. My game's settings shows player's both name and @account, so when there is just a name shown on top - it's npc/mob's without question.
