What purpose do the anvil dailies serve?

After 2 weeks of doing these dailies I've gotten nothing but flanking gear. Thsee feel so pointless. The kvatch dailies seem to drop motifs somewhat regularly but I get nothing but this 1 gear set from these. Nothing else. Are these dailies useless?

Motifs drop from the bosses in the delves. That's about it though

I rarely even get anything from the kvatch dailies. The anvil dailies and delve bosses drop Assassins League chapters, its just rngesus messing with you.

Assassin's league motif pages will drop from the dungeon bosses but you may need to kill the boss several times. You may only get gear drops every second kill depending on the re spawn timer.

Just wanted to add that no one really answered the question - which I have wondered, too. The Anvil quest rewards don't seem to drop any motifs.

You get motifs from the coffers rewarded from Looming & Arena. Arena drops order hour motifs, Looming drops minotaur motifs. Both Overland bosses drop Asassins motifs.

They do drop, it's RNG bro.

I stopped doing the Anvil dailies because I kept getting the same two quests every ... single ... time ...

Literally. I got one quest twice and a second quest three times. Not kidding. After that, I stopped wanting to do the quests. PLEASE tell me there are more than just two available quests on that Anvil bounty board! (There must be, right?)

Nope. There are two in Kvatch and two in Anvil. The Anvil quest rewards are a joke but you can farm the bosses.

The point is its easy quest that gives you an excuse to go farm these delve bosses for motif pages. Also, pretty lazy way of lvling some skills.
