Question about reactive armor!

Hey guys,

Im on console and heard that with 1 tamriel there will be reactive armor weapons, is that true?

Furthernore, if yes, can i just buy a sharpenend sword for tel var stones (how much) or do i have To buy loot boxes and pray for rng?

Will the dual wield passive (5% More DMG with swords) be removed soon for magicka spells? (Heard that)

    currently PVP sets are not dropping weapons or jewelry, its a confirmed bug that will hopefully be fixed soon.

    and no plans as of yet to remove the damage bonus from duel wield or 2H from working with spells.

    When will they fix that? I mean, that is some serious bug and doesnt seem to complicated to fix lol?
