Who is talking about removing the maintenance? :| I only thing I propose is that the time of "ESO Plus" could spend on playing time, and not in real time as it is today. In this way everyone would win. (which is reasonable if you are paying for play time and you cant play frequently for the bugs... lag.... exploits... and maintenance)

Any game with a subscription undergoes time periods of unavailability and downtime. You can vote with your wallet by discontinuing your subscription if you view the outages to be too extended. If enough people agree with you then Zenimax will be forced to change or face financial consequences. If not, that's a statement in of itself.

I am located in the East Coast and have paid for ESO plus for every day I've played the game save the first. Because of my geographical location nearly every downtime has been while I'm sleeping. I feel for those folks across the Atlantic who aren't afforded that luxury.

Please understand I really do see your point of view but unless you and several thousand of your fellow Europeans and Australians respond with your wallets, there isn't an incentive to change.

Ive been paying a sub/ESO Plus since day one of the game.
Ive had days off of work that I couldnt play because they had an update or maintenance schedule on that day.
Ive had a few nights I couldnt play because the servers went down.
Big deal, I went and did something else for those hours.

Maintenance needs to be done to keep the servers running optimally and to do updates etc.
They are still going to do maintenance.
They arent going to pay overtime and/or make employees change their schedules drastically to do maintenance, updates, etc
It is stated in the TOS that the servers periodically will have to be taken offline to perform maintenance, repairs, updates, etc
You agreed to the TOS when you started playing the game. You had to or you would not have been able to install and play.
They will not give you a refund or any other compensation for any down time.
We are just going to have to learn to live with the down time, because its going to happen whether we like it or not.
Cant deal with it? Unsubscribe and/or find another game to play, because its not going to change.
