Rapid Maneuver & it's morphs - gathering animations are missing(tools)!

Hello,
I noticed there is a bug with the ability Rapid Maneuver & it's morphs and the gathering animations.
While using the speed buff, occasionaly the animation of the gathering is missing or incomplete.
How it is supposed to work:
1. When mining a blacksmithing node, the player is supposed to hold a Pickaxe and use it.
2. When lumbering, the player is supposed to hold a Felling axe and use it.
3. When gathering a rune stone, the player is supposed to hold a small splitting tool and use it.

How it does work:
While using the speed buff Rapid Maneuver & it's morphs, the gathering animations are incomplete:
The player is still doing the animation of gathering but without the tool.
The tool is invisible, i.e missing.

I'm an active seller and usually I gather thousands of ore and wood every day.
Percentage of occurrence while using the speed buff: up to 50%.
Platform: PC EU
Location: Tamriel, everywhere.

Edit: It also happens when not using the speed buff, but more rarely.

Please fix it.
