willpower ring/neck? gold

are we ever going to be able to get the jewelry in gold for willpower, i'm on Xbox so I'm not sure if the PC player have these already with one tamriel.

Those sets always drop in purple rarity. Gold jewelry only drops from trial bosses on veteran modes, and there is none of those bosses who has agility/willpower/endurance in their loot table which is based only on the sets that drop in those trials. Another source of gold jewelry is the Khajiit merchant in Cyrodiil, but she only sells jewelry from the overland and dungeon sets. The Cyrodiil campaign rewards can also give you gold jewelry, but from a few specific PvP sets (marksman, Fasalla's guile). So there is actually no place where you can get gold agility/willpower/endurance jewelry. The difference between gold and purple is less than 0.5% player stats so I'm not sure if it's even worth it even if it were acquirable.

I dont have it and tbh the difference is so small i dont need it. If i would get a drop id put it on but i wouldnt spend any gold on it

Actually those sets drop now as daily random dungeon rewards, and with the new dropped overland and dungeon sets that have jewelry they are far less desirable than before. They are old meta, from a time when most sets didn't have jewelry or weapons, and people needed to fill those slots with a mini-set. The prices for those items have really plunged since One Tamriel has been announced. Robust agility rings were selling for 120K at some point, now they barely sell for 20K.

This made no sense to me at all. I don't understand how the price of these ring sets dropped in a matter of hours after 1T was live. I farmed four of them, sold them, then bought four at a slightly cheaper price, went to flip them for the going rate... two hours later prices dropped by half, then half of half. I just don't see how proc sets with the chance of damage is the meta over consistent damage?

Because now you can open treasure vault in IC using any 60 key fragments. Market was literally flooded with those rings.

Well this is news to me, must not have read all of the patch notes. Anyways this sucks for this portion of the game's economy.

I'm not talking just about proc sets, but new and even old non proc sets that have been revamped and/or relocated from trials to overland.

Let's take the example of Sorky Sorcus, a magicka sorcerer who likes to keep his power surge on at all times:

Before One Tamriel he had the following gear setup:
5 x Law of Julianos + 2 x Torug's Pact + 3 x Willpower + 1 x Kena

Now he can run with:
5 x Law of Julianos + 5 x Mother's Sorrow + 1 x Kena
or
5 x Scathing Mage + 5 x Mother's Sorrow + 1 x Kena
or
whatever combo suits him from one of the new sets or old sets that now have jewelry and weapons.
