Imperial Physique Bug

Hi,
I equipped emperial phyisque, with the 5th piece as weapons (both Destro and Resto). When I switch from one to another health decreses (both are Imperial physique). This bug only concern the 5th piece bonus from 10k Stones. If I have less than 10k all ok.
Of course, this was in IC.
Anyone else experiencing the same?
