I would like to know if and/or when this item will be back in the crown store, as I happen to need be in need of it.
It was available from December 23, 2015 to May 30, 2016.

✭✭✭✭✭I don't want to be a downer, but this item was in the Crown Crates on the PTS during the time the Crates were available to test.
So I don't expect it to go back to the Crown Store for direct purchase. But I wish it would, because people being able to buy it might entice ZOS to fix the deformation on the chest to get more people to buy it. It would be absolutely perfect if they fixed it.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.1 -

I don't plan on ever purchasing a crate. If no one buys them, Zenimax will have no reason to keep them in. Hopefully, limited items return eventually!0 -

I think the price was 100 gems for it on the PTS.
I got to that amount of gems after about 40 boxes on the PTS, which equals to 16000 Crowns. I am curious to see if the changes they plan to make will bring this anywhere close to the original price (1000 Crowns).
I surely am glad I got it earlier this year. I didn't like its colors but I knew costume dyeing was coming so I bought the dress anyway, and it is my favourite for my vampire to wear now. I need it to properly recreate a character from another title. When it was in the crown store, I was debating whether or not to purchase it, as I did not need it then, but now I do
