According to One Tamriel patch notes, the random item generator was supposedly fixed and things like bows from sets which give melee bonuses or destruction staves from healer sets should be a thing of the past. Yet here's a screenshot of what a party member got yesterday in Elden Root II. Please take a closer look at the issue.
