Getting thrown into loading screen after crit rush.

Hello, hello. So, this issue stopped for a couple weeks, then it's back again. After I crit rush at a target, I, instead get thrown into a loading screen which lasts 3-5 seconds, then goes into falling through the air for another 3-5 seconds (sometimes longer). I can still hear my toon being attacked and losing health while in the loading screen and falling screen. When I return, my health is almost halfway depleted, depending what is attacking. Sometimes, if it takes longer to return, I don't know, 30 seconds or so, my toon is dead upon return. No biggie, really, respawn with soul gem, but just so annoying having to go through that; probably 2-3 times each gameplay period, since this Oct 5th. Maybe this glitch returned due to the recent One Tamriel patch.

this happens and has been happening for a long time. it has to do with the pathing of gap closers and yes they said they fixed it but they actually only decreased the chance of it happening. I have been LS after charge most of the time especially if the target is at a higher elevation then i am when i start.
