Hello,

Any quest can now be done at all levels, which means we don't have diminishing XP rewards for quests any more.

What's the XP that quests provide now, in general at the various levels?

Do we have a breakdown of how many quests players need to do in order to meet their next level?

Ok, the site has an updated table for info

    http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Leveling

The quests experience is now based on your character level . For the first half of levelling it takes about 16 quests to gain a level, and this goes up 16.1 , 16. 2 etc. etc. until at level 49 it takes 30 quests.

So having ESO+ as a subscriber, AND a experience scroll will give 60% XP bonus, so that becomes 10 quests at lower levels and about 18 quests at the very high end on average if you do Normal difficulty quests only. This is different to Guild Wars 2 for example which has a flat levelling curve.

Thanks very much for the info and pointing me in the right direction.

And I checked between 2.5 and 2.6 before the patch and the individual quest reward XP are still the same.

But now beware, in those same quests, even with battle leveling, those CP160 NPC can have massively larger HP, specially end-of-quest Bosses.

Even a side quest Riften: A ritual in the ragged hills, the quest boss is a bone colossus with 254K HP plus waves of 29K Adds. This is on a L41 character. I don't know if NPC HP are scaled at all to character level, I'll have to run one of my L10 over to this quest.

Lol, so they have made several of the quests group focused? Yikes!

Yeah it was going okay on the 3 man mobs with decent stats until the bone colossus showed up. And this was after clearing several previous other quest bosses all with only 120-130 HP.

I wonder if their Boss table incorrectly has this guy as an Overland Boss.

The table that I linked is just an extended version of the one on that Leveling page, since on the Leveling page I couldn't fit in all the different Quest rewards as well as the XP needed to level up. Each Quest still has an internal difficulty multiplier, so if you do more of the "Hard" or "Very Hard" quests, you will need less quests per level, and if you do more of the "Easy" or "Very Easy" quests, you will need more quests to level. The average is the same though, of course.
