STAM SORC - Build suggestions ideas

Hey guys,

Let me first start saying I've going through all the videos of late of builds and I'm still at a rough decision let me lay it on you guys.

Build 1. 3 Peice of Agility - Weapon Damage, 5 Peice Hundings - armour - 2 Malestrom Sharpen Axe/Dagger - Vilidreths divines heavy/light
Build 2. 3 Peice of Agility - Weapon Damage, 5 TBS - armour - Helm/shoulders/SWORD Vicious ophidan - Malestrom Axe

My questions are simple because I'm on PS4 it's so hard to test these numbers equally they seem the same as weapon damage and proc seems to void the 7.5% from Build two.
Build 2, I'm able to obtain a flat 7.5% extra damage while on dual weidling from VO 5% and sword 2.5%, I'm also obtaining the 16% damage from Shadow
Build 1, I struggle to warrent the vilidreths set proc with 100% malestrom weapon proc.

I'm at an incline any help would be appreciated.
