I think training can reduce the cost of your skills by X% (or just the weapon and armor skills) in addition to experiance increase, becouse you train with weapon.
Prosperous can increase the resource pools stamina, magicka and health by X% (or just from this item) in addition to gold gain increase, becouse having a lot of resources is being a prosperous.
