Guild Trader Sorting Motifs

With all the New motifs in the game and since they drop in pages I am asking if we can get a better search option for looking up Motifs instead of going thru it Page after page after page after page after page after page well you get the idea. Kinda of like the way the armors are set up you can search for a specific like chest legs etc. Weapon searches staff and swords etc. One final request search by style. With all the new Motifs we need a change.

because smthing already in addons will likely NOT be added in game

Maybe it's me, but I didn't feel these Guild Store addons very useful. Their search function for example is not really a search function, it just filters what's already filtered by native game options in that page. This is so true that you may see several blank listings, having to go several pages ahead manually until you find something matching your criteria.

A revamp in Guild Store is much needed but ZOS seems more concerned in cosmetic stuff (a part of the mega patch, before some literal user try to lecture me)...

With all the new sets some sort of search option would be awesome and i wish it would save from what you search for on from the trader before

I wish they'd allow atleast let motifs have a by peoce selection at least like armor does head legs boots hands etc rather than 12k pages of rabdom xivkyn abd merc motifs

Use the add-on Awesome Guild Store, helps out a lot.

Please don't expect everyone to install "just another addon".. there are a lot of console players!

What I'd love to see is a filter for unknown motifs and unknown recipes.

Or even better: A simple text-search! Plus a history for the last 20 or 50 text searches you submitted.

There is a total of 1 addon on Guild Store UI, it's called AwesomeGuildStore and it has 99% of the requests of the community.

ZOS don't need to search very far to update.

Traders need a vastly better search option. I agree with this. This change alone would probably do away with complaints about the trade system.

I think the issue is due to how the system is set up, ie. badly.

I don't think ZOS can implement this, the guild traders were a sticky plaster for the original broken system.

Shhhhhhh. Some people can't wrap their head around the fact a large portion of the community don't have access to such things. Looking through endless pages of motifs is something I'd rather do and whether there's an add on or not, there's a lot of dull and repetitive things already in the game without them adding an extra ballache such as having to scroll through endless pages of motif pages. Most of which are Xivkyn belts.

Wouldn't be a Bethesda game if it wasn't up to players to fix the game of a major business.

That said, if they can't give consoles access to make add ons they need to fix everything themselves.

I didn't even bother with buying from guild stores before I got that addon. The lack of filtering / sorting is astonishing. Couple that with the fact we have to browse 150 separate traders to have access to all merchandise. I don't know about you all but I rather sink my precious time hanging out with my friends doing in game ENTERTAINING activities.

Man, i can imagine it now if ZoS were to make a futuristic themed MMO, instead of NPC's to interact with for some tasks, computer terminals, and they would still all be separated lists, with no simple system to find anything because people will argue immersion. even though the real world has something like that, the internet and everything on it.

Would be nice if we can search by motif number - with a scroll bar on the numbers.

I'm assuming the add one are for Pc, so is console players are screwed
