Are the five PVP sets that were moved to dungeons supposed to still be available from town vendors?

The One Tamriel update moved several PVP sets to dungeons as Bind-on-Pickup drops, yet these are still available as Bind-on-Equip purchases from PVP boxes from specialized gear vendors:

Noble Duelist's Silks and Prayer Shawl from Cropsford
Barkskin and Crusader from Bruma
Durok's Bane from Vlastarus

The v.2.6.0 patch notes don't list these sets under the PVP Item Set Drop Locations section, so it seems like still having theses boxes may not be intended. It seems like to be consistent, these boxes should be removed from the vendors.

Is this an oversight, or is it intended to have two acquisition methods for these sets, one as BoE and one as BoP?

Interesting, I reported this pretty early on the PTS. Looks like a few things slipped through on the PVP item front. These sets aren't listed as available from town vendors on the patch notes and unless something was changed some of the names were wrong as well, so I assume its unintentional.

So maybe there are going to be some new meta sets that will introduced in future update? That could possibly counter some of the overpowered proc sets? Hmmm.....WOW.....but.....
