Best Graphics Settings for PvP

So, I continue to have problems with my game freezing in Cyrodil when the Templar ability Puncturing Sweeps is used. Tonight I was taking resources with another player and one templar showed up from EP. I killed him twice in spite of my screen freezing up but the third time he got me. My question is should I be dumping addons or lowing my graphics settings to get this one friggin ability to stop freezing up my screen or would it even do any good? Is this ability bugged?

    Too many parameters that can be specific to you to answer this. Hardware spec, latency, buggy software, drivers., etc etc. There are no magic settings in short to fix your problems unfortunately.

    Well I had similar issue few months ago. It was addon Combat Analyser or smth like that. Now.I just use LUIE
    "We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available."
    — They always claim they’re “investigating” the causes, but in reality they’re just waiting until the PC EU players go to bed. Once that happens, you can suddenly log in again and they happily mark the issue as Fixed.

    It's great that you have not forgotten to inform us that you killed him twice, because we almost got a wrong idea!

    Sounds more like a connection issue. Puncturing sweeps is an attack, that hits many times in a short time period and all hits need to be calculated.

    This is why ZoS adjusted certain abilities to only hit once every second instead of 0.5 seconds.

    Best graphics for PvP are no graphics at all...

    Well I removed all my addons while in PVP and the freezes went away. Now it's time to find the pesky culprit.
