Cannot enter Craglorn after update 12. Did I do something wrong?

My Daggerfall Covenant champion ( who had already opened up and located all wayshrines in Craglorn), now sees nothing but an empty map of Craglorn with no way to get in after the update? What is going on?

It's because craglorn us practically a new zone. Go to wayrest and you should see a quest giver with a cart to give you a ride to craglorn. Once you get there your discovered way shrines will pop back up.

You have to take the cart again and rediscover the landmarks ...

In Wayrest, it is on opposite side of town from the Undaunted Enclave.
