Been away for 3 months paid ESO still each month but...crowns?

My crown balance is only 1000, and I know I didn't spend any crowns as I wasn't online for the past 3 months. So just wandering when this may be fixed up.

    ive got the same problem, i used to send them a ticket and they'd sort it out but its been months now and all i get are these automated responses that dont fix anything.

    Really? Everytime I don't get crowns (which is most months) I just make a ticket and they correct the problem within a day or two.

    My suggestion....

    If it makes sense in your personal situation, just stop subscribing and only buy crowns when on sale

    Remove the frustrations as much as you can because ZOS doesn't have this as a priority.
