Can't purchase crowns
Hi Eso Helpdesk,
I've already sent 2 reports to the in-game ESO helpdesk regarding failure to purchase crown. Today I tried again to buy 5500 crowns from the store, everything went smoothly until i click okay for the purchase but it nothing and automatically went back to the account profile.
I've received a reply that the issue has been resolved but I tried again just now and it is still impossible to buy crowns.
