Are some graphical animations bugged?

Hi there,
I'm currently noticing some issues regarding animations. I.e. I don't see light or heavy attacks on using my destro-staff or even the meteor. I hear the cast and I see the abilities in the logs but the animation is not available. Also, mobs seem to take hardly any damage but die at something arround 60-40%. This is especially tricky if you rely on some execute abilities ...
Some of my guild-mates reported similar issues, i.e. not seeing their overload and similar stuff.
Is this a known issue? Are there any workarounds to fix this issue?
I also need to stress that I do not have any questmarkers (even without any addons activated) on my alt-characters nor do I see any quest-symbols on the compass which makes finding quest-locations currently a pain in the a**

elvenmad✭✭✭✭✭yes there is some issue were skill graphics simply don't show, or are that faint you dont see them which apparently ZoS knows about this.
Also the quest markers, I made a new toon yesterday, went to DB zone pick up some quests near the way shrine and I cant do them, no map markers and no compass markers, went into a delve, picked up a quest in the entrance and no markers were to go,
so yeah GG ZoS I want to level and quest but can't, so gave it up as a waste of time, no point playing, logged another game might come back to ESO when its working, but at moment since last patch its really messed up.
OH and I'm EU too so before I even get into the game I am subjected to the issue with the launcher, I know there are work arounds but they dont work all the time, so yeah GG broken things with the game launcher before you even get into the game and are then subjected to multiple other broken issues.< PC - EU >1 -
dave_in_TXSoul ShrivenYeah I'm having the same problem. Several of the Dawn's Wrath animations are not working thought he spell is.
Also the crown on the compass when you are in a group isn't there anymore and that is a BIG problem when in AVA.

ElBiggus✭✭✭Anyone else seeing the dancing Aura of Protection? Whenever an enemy uses one the lollipop seems to bob up and down through the ground, and it's really distracting (not to mention hard to target)...1
