Even when I stand on top of someone it doesn't work. People can cloak on me and it won't prevent them.

Increase it's range to same as radiant. Cost reduction also doesn't work on itself.

Netch is free with a cleanse and free magika. You nerf siphon into the ground. Nice balance team.

    Yeah it and camo hunter are broke and have been broke since they changed em. To be honest I'd rather have the come up with a different power entirely then leave the Hunter powers in game, be fore they where over powered now they are only useful for the crit bonus.
