Oversized map icons! Bug? Fix?

With the One Tamriel update the map icons suddenly grew in size by 400% Someone said this only happens to us with 4K resolution? I am very unhappy about this. Is there a fix for this, maybe a plugin that provides size sliders? Or are size sliders in the pipeline for future updates?

✭Size sliders would be great. At 4k the old map was tiny from TV viewing distance, but this is pretty jumbled.PC-NA1 -

This is probably the reason for the change - the developers assume that everyone using 4K does so on a TV screen, sitting a few meters away. But 4K computer screens are becoming commonplace and size sliders are necessary to allow both viewing from a distance and sitting close to the screen. I have a 40 inch 4K screen on my desk, viewing distance is half a meter, and the icons are painfully oversized.0
