Raw material extraction nerfed?

My crafter has 4/4 in both Wood extraction and Unraveling (the trait for getting tannin/resins from refining raw mats), but after the new patch I got a poorly 2-3 greens and blues from refining 100-ish raw mats. Normally I'd get a few purples and even yellow on an ordinary day.
I don't think the patch notes mentioned anything about this, but with all the funny stuff happening with crafting after T-One I'm not surprised...
Anyone else getting the same nerf?
