I have been having a problem with my group disbanding every time we went through a transition like a door. This occurred several times in IC today. Has anyone else seen this problem or am I just the lucky one.

It's a reported bug. ZOS are aware and looking for a fix. Also, there is now a Bug Report forum for stuff like this
