Sorcerer Pets not receiving battle spirit while dueling?

I was simply wondering if anyone else had noticed how quickly pets are dying while dueling, Storm Atronarchs are just easier to kill than avoid, and twilight's are like 2 medium attacks from death.

yeah they need to fix this. otherwise there is no incentive to duel outside cyrodill. the new shadowrend set is awesome though. it cant be cc'd and it procs off of damage over time poison and your volatile familiar pulses. you can literally keep that thing up all the time.

They don't receive battle spirit in pve duels.
Without this 50% damage mitigation and only 7k health, the twlight for example is a 1 shot.

This really needs a quick fix ! Please, Guys. There's no point for me doing what I have so much been looking forward tol @Dracane what can I do to help you getting ZOS attentien on this more ? How did you name your tickets, should I open another thread here, hoping any measure like that would speed this up. I really wanted to duel a lot, but with this 1-shot mess, ppl just laugh at my pets, while in Cyrodiil, they are even afraid of me and my little zoo mostly oO

- make them recieve pvp battle scale in PvE Duels
- make CP affekt their damage / resistances

balance the classes more by doing so / fixing the obviously broken mechanic behind this, since magicka sorcs are really pissed

I entirely stopped playing my magic sorc in duels, because of this. Its impossible. Pets even die from small dots.

Please zos if your reading this. Consoles need to way to call pets back and control when they attack.

I would go further and say the summons need another health buff. with every new update the power creep kicks in. They need to constantly reevaluate pet health so its up to par with the increase in damage.

@ZOS_GinaBruno lets end the premature death of pets.

I have made several threads with numerous pet bugs with screenshots and everything and it was never acknowledged.
Pet bugs never get fixed, I gave up on this.

Confirmed, pets die to one heavy attack and you lose that five piece necropotence bonus...

I confirm this bug.
I dueled sorcerers with pets and the pets didn't get the battle spirit boost.
I killed the Twilight in a single streak

I'm not using pets while playing my sorcerer but it really needs to be addressed.

We're working on a fix for this, and plan to get it into an upcoming incremental patch (hopefully the next one!)

While I myself don't play a pet build, I know that Mag Sorc doesn't have incredible room for diversity and pet builds were already incredibly niche builds. This should give them some power back in a dueling environment.

no wonder my pet almost gets one shotted LMAO! why doesn't eso play there own game like WoW does i actually see ingame GM's on WoW when on eso there is like literally zero and even when opening a ticket on WoW they communicate with you INGAME lmao!!! sad honestly but yea sucks my pet kept dying so quick i hav a strategy with my pet and having this happen kills me

Because ZoS release content every quarter so dont have time to play, Blizzard are yearly and have more staff to QA things.

Besides why do Sorcs need pets to duel anyway? Doesn't that make it a 1v3 potential fight?

you most be trolling. pet attacks deal 1 hit every 2 seconds at best and take up 2 slots. They can be cc'd, take 1.5 seconds to recast (which they can be interrupted), and their basic attacks are not effected by spell impen (only spell crit and max magicka).
