How to play on a keyboard? Also Mac support for controllers. Has it been fixed/improved?

I think I have finally figured out why I like playing on console so much. I am left handed and playing on a key board is so hard for me to play so I like using a controller when I play.

So I play ESO on my Xbox One. Now I thought with One World Tamriel (sorry forget the proper name if that is wrong) I thought I can load it up on my computer. I have tried using a controller with it before with third party software for Mac and it sort of works but doesn't seem fluid playing with my Xbox One controller. I even tried using the Zenimax way of controller support and it never worked. Has that been fixed? If not I thought I might try using the mouse and keyboard again.

Thing is, how do I do it? I am a lefty. So any left hand players out there using a mouse and keyboard? How do you play? I would love any tips I can use to try and see if I can play ESO on the computer and maybe mod it a bit for a better experience.

Also has the xbox one support on Mac been fixed yet? Last time I tried it, it wouldn't even work. Now that it's been so long, I forget how to do it. How do you play with the Zenimax version of controller support on Mac?

On controller support, I can only speak for PS4, but it helps to go into controls and keybind toggle gamepad mode. From there, all I have ever needed to do is plug in the ps4 controller connected to the power cord into my mac's USB port and the game recognizes its controls.

I am left handed and I changed the key bindings.

I use the number pad for almost everything.

8 is move forward
4 move left
6 move right
2 backwards
7 sprint
0 jump
3 duck
9 ultimate
1 synergy
5 is my push to talk

+ bar switch (also middle mouse button).
Enter key is what I grab loot and all that fun stuff with.

The arrow keys are my first four skills and the page down key is my 5th skill.

I got a mouse that will work left/right handed that has eight buttons, but I don't really use them. Scroll up does my bar swap and pushing the scroll button down detonates my ultimate.

Now I remember why I went to console to play ESO. My Xbox One controller doesn't work on Mac. Does anyone know if the Xbox One controller works in Windows mode when playing ESO? Do you still only have the PS options? Is that why it's screwy for my Xbox One controller because it's only used for PS 4 controllers?

I tried to use my PS3 controller. What do I need to use? My PS3 controller is not working either properly. Can someone please tell me how to use a controller to work with the beta controller please.

How do you map or change the buttons on the controller? All I see is to change or map the keys for keyboards. How do you do it for the controller? All I see is 1, 2, 3 and 4. That is for the keyboards correct? Do we have one for the controllers? If so, where is it and how do you do it?
