"Liveeu" Addons folder deleted automaticly

So.
I`m playin on EU megaserver
There is no "liveeu" folder for addons and settings in My Documents and in Programm data folders
Everytime when i made the folder manually, it was deleted.
Addons are working with "live" folder until the next login. Then they are moving to "live_archive". And i shall choose US or EU regione one more time, etc. etc.
