I was excited to hear they were adding vet dungeons....but super dissapointed to see how they were just "harder" versions of the normal ones....I liked watching how the story of Crypt of Hearts became different after into vet mode, same with Banished Cells, Elden Hollow, Wayrest Sewers etc.
why would you do that ZOS? It just strikes me as pure laziness, Is that how you want to leave the legacy of ESO? Come on....

New stuff cost time and money.
Rescaling old stuff? Less time. Less money.
Im sure if we all just bought more stuff in the crown store we would have everything we want. So really it is just our own faults. If we had just knocked over a bank or two to buy crown consumables we would have new dungeons.

Not on this update. If you saw recent videos from PAX and eso live, this is not their priority this update. There will be added dungeons in the future (New or continuation of current dungeon storyline). Just because it's not implemented in this update doesn't mean it will never be implemented.

See, I'd buy that if they didn't do the exact same thing with shadows of the hist...which they didNot on this update. So basically it's a "maybe" but nothing actually confirmed...

As I understand it (could be wrong, this is mostly hearsay), some of the continuation storyline dungeons were already in development and partially done--but were put on the backburner with console development and the B2P transition (which necessitated a shift to a DLC model).
I still have hopes they will be released, but I wouldn't count on it in the near future, as they don't fit into a DLC-centric development model very well, being part of the base game. My point was more just that this is the first really major update we've had in a while that didn't involve a DLC and added a ton of value to the base game--which indicates that hopefully we will continue to get occasional updates that refresh the main zones/base game. An update that released the second half of the unfinished dungeons would certainly be that!

Nope. And as an ESO+ sub I wouldn't want that.
