Is rings really only drop from last boss in dungeons?

It will happen just not often. The last boss is a guarantee that it will drop though

Nothing states that trash can't drop jewelry, just that the last boss "will" drop jewelry and weapons. Chests also can drop any set piece of an zone/dungeon you're in for any slot.

Trash historically have only ever dropped shoes in these ic dungeons. Very interesting if this isn't a troll....be good to hear if others have looted rings from trash. Never had it before anywhere in the game.

The anchors in that zone drop Jewlery from the sets also

I got a ring from fourth boss in Vet Wayrest II. So can confirm that not only just the last boss can drop jewelry.

IC is bugged atm and I don't think IC set jewellries are in game yet.

For other dungeons, sometimes you get a unique named ring drop which is actually the ring for one of the dungeon set.
