Cannot get access code

I just completely reinstalled the game today, and I cannot get the access code to log in. I checked all the usual suspects (firewall, antivirus, etc). I've been receiving the access codes for the website with no problem, just not to log into the game.

Edit: To be clear, I'm not receiving the e-mail with the code.

    I have the same problem. :|

    Yesterday I had to reinstall the whole game + patches (due to "Fatal Error 11") - I let the launcher run during the night and when I got up this morning, everything was ok. I could log in without problems and everything seemed to be fine.

    So about 40 minutes ago I tried to log in again and I got the message that my PC was not authorized for this account (which is strange because I only ever play from this PC, I only have this one!). According to this message I was sent the authorization code - but nothing. I tried several times, but I've still not received any authorization code.

    So I tried to log in with my 2nd account - with this one I always have to wait for the code being sent in order to be able to log in - although it is the same PC as with my first account - and normally I get the mail within seconds - but today: nothing.

    I checked the e-mail addresses in my account and they are still correct.

    So.... does anyone have an idea or any information if there is a problem with the sending of the codes?

    On the German forum someone just said that she switched from "live eu" to "live" and back to solve the problem.
    I tried that and... it worked! I can log in without the authorization code now!

    I tried this, but I'm still unable to log in.

    Edit: I received the e-mail from the EU server and was able to login there, but when I switched back to the NA server (where my characters are), the same message appeared again, and I never received the e-mail. So clearly there is an issue with the NA server.

    This problem seems to be fixed now.
