I've had some problems logging on to the EU server after the One Tamriel update. You end up on the NA server.
If you have this problem a work around is. At the login page click on server and select "Live" accept and wait for it to change. Then click on server again and select Live-EU, accept and wait for it to change. Once it's changed login and you should be OK
On the login page, left hand side under Play is Server. Click on it and you should get a popup to select the server. That's the page where you enter your password.
What if you get clean account no matter what server you choose (from Live and Live-EU)? Give me solution for this .

I and a few player I know have had that problem. It seems that even though it says "Server(Live-EU)" it's actually set to NA (Live). I've found that by switching back and forth a couple of times you can get it to change to EU. However when you log off it seems to forget and go back to NA no matter what it says.
I should add that the server switch isn't instant, so you do have to wait a few seconds and make sure it switched.
Same here on a thread I have posted too! Tried every suggestion and it still reverts back to NA every time!
I have to agree it's a real pain.
The second time I started the l Launcher I got a notifications saying that I played on both servers, which I don't, and asked me to select my default server. I selected EU and when I got to the login screen it said Server(Live-EU), but when I logged in I was on NA.
I also got the logging in from an unknown device message even though I'd logged in on the same computer half an hour before.
