Question Regarding Trials Drops

So I'm on ps4 and was just curious if once One Tamriel is released on console will all items you have in your inventory from trials become bound after it is released or just any drops you receive post patch?
Playing on PS4 NA server and current characters are CP 750

That would be a fair guess. I imagine anyone holding onto gold jewelry will be able to sell the good sets for ~1mil+ in a month.
