One Tamriel patch notes few doubts

Recently one of the rarest sets to be found in stores, now as it seems in One Tamriel available as drops in
•Crypt of Hearts: Shroud of the Lich, Leviathan, Ebon Armory
•Selene’s Web: Vestments of the Warlock, Hircine’s Veneer, Durok’s Bane

I wonder what is their drop chance and rate in those dungeons - is it viable to grind only these dungeons to get multiple chances for these drops?


Also in PatchNotes I couldn't find any info about Master Weapons, just these sets:
•Arenas •Dragonstar Arena: Healer’s Habit, Robes of Destruction Mastery, Archer’s Mind, Footman’s Fortune

Does it mean anything for the Master weapons? Are they excluded from changes in One Tamriel but still will be available as 100% drop from vDSA?


Also about thise Note:
Itemization Changes •Item Sets will now drop for every item slot
•Sets that grant a bonus to melee damage will now drop more intelligently (i.e. a set with melee damage will no longer drop with a bow or stave).

Does that or any other changes mean anything for damage in relation to weapon we use with eg. Viper Sting set?
Untill then we could deal damage from Viper set no matter what weapon we used, I mean it was working with 2H, DW but also with a Bow.
So Bow is still considered melee weapon for Viper in One Tamriel?

Lich, warlock and sun set will now be common as mudcrabs. 3 sets per dungeon = easy farming. At least now for scathing mage gloves we don't have to bother going all the way to lord warden how Hazar.
