Keep on Getting Error 1032 Repair when trying to download update once I get to 16%

What the heck is going on here. Have had to repair 4 times already trying to download update when I got to 16%. Finally it made it all the way to 98% completed. Again another 1032 error and repair. Now after the repair the client is downloading the entire update again. Over an hour already and counting trying to successfully download this update.
