Is anyone else having problems with getting and staying logged in?

yep.

I keep on getting kicked and when I try to log in I get a screen telling me I am in a queue to log in with approximately 30 second wait time.

I did one toons writ, DC'd in wrothgar (that hasn't happened in a while tbh) i logged back into him and moved him to craglorn....

Since then I can't login to any character (long/neverending load screens) so I hard reset console....now I cant get to the character select screen.
