I think the inactivity boot after logged into a character is not that bad, but sometimes I do come back to the login-screen after that too if I was doing something else.

Takes 20 mins to boot ya less if your loitering on character select screen not that bad pergaps stop have adhd with the alt tab button either btowse forums get a snack put dog out then play the game un distracted
