I don't understand what is happening tomorrow for ESO......is this one tamriel going live or is this PTS? Is it just for PC or for ALL systems? and if it isn't going live for console when will it go live? I never actually saw an announcement on the actual launch date for One Tamriel............

I guess ZOS handle every update which does not introduce a new DLC the same way, regardless of the significance?
