fast travel in group is not fast at all

the fast travel in group has always been slower in my game than playing solo, but now it's unbearable. since yesterday, most of the times that i tried to fast travel to wayshrine i got stuck on the loading screen. so, now, i pick a wayshrine, then i have to close the game, log in and load it again because it is way faster than wait many minutes for the load to complete or to get logged off. when i travel to a player, it's not fast but it still works, but traveling to a wayshrine when in a group seems to stop working in my game.
is this happening to anyone else or may this be a problem in my system?
