✭✭✭✭✭I imagine when someone ''picks'' it up again (it fails to sell and goes back to your mail, or someone buys it and it goes in their mail) it will then become bound to that person who received it
Happened like this when the MoL gear was bind on equip and they fixed it to make it BoP, the one I had on a guild trader was still BoE0 -

That is kind of terrible TBH.
