Forum Having Performance Issues?

I notice it's taking way longer than normal for the forum to load for me today, and I'm seeing a lot of double posts, including one of my own. And when I went to edit the duplicate post to indicate that it was a stupid double post, hitting save caused it to think for about 2 1/2 minutes before telling me that it didn't work. On the second edit attempt it worked.
Is everyone experiencing these issues with forum performance today?

I was just posting 1 forum reply and it posted 3 instead.
It happened because I clicked 3 times on the post reply when the screen was frozen and non responsive.
I guess it's due to the large number of players looking for news about One Tamriel.Some videos I recorded for fun: Main character:
