Quick Cloak doesn't apply Major Expedition 100% of time.

What is quick cloak? Cloak provides 8% reduced damage and suppresses dots for duration. Or 100% crit chance on next attack. Do you mean double take?

Quick cloak lasts 15 seconds and you get major expedition for 5 seconds, so it's 33% of the time. What's wrong with it?

I am not talking about duration and it's also not to do with snares as it can happen when not in combat with anything. Occasionally when I cast it the Ability activates, giving me the Blade Cloak but I am not given Major Expedition and I would sometimes have to cast it twice in a row in order to get the Speed buff.

Same thing occassionally happens with Mist Form.

The fact that your character stops to cast it also makes this skill useless for Major Expedition.

The 'stop to cast' thing is aggrevating beyond belief. It happens to a lot of skills and is especially deadly when trying to make a getaway from the inevitable zerg.

I use quick cloak religiously on my hybrid pvp toon and I can say with absolute certainty and honesty that I do not have an issue with it not providing Major Expedition every time, nor do I have to "stop to cast". I cast it while running all the time and I use it almost exclusively for mobility (as opposed to bow + dodge, or rapids, etc).
