Alliance War Horse Mount / Outfit

I really hope these Alliance mounts / Outfits will only be available to ride / wear IF you're on a character from that specific alliance. I don't want to see an EP character riding around on a that yellow AD mount in PvP simply because they have it unlocked in Collections. I mean, what would be the point with that?
Anyone know how this will be done?

✭✭✭✭✭I didn't check with the horse, but the way the costume worked on PTS is that you buy the "Alliance Rider" costume with crowns, and then when you equip it the costume shows the colours of the alliance to which your character belongs. So you buy it once, and then all of your characters can use it regardless of their alliance, but it will always show the colours of that character's alliance. I assume the horse is the same.

It turned my Redguard into a blonde white girl.
