I use one of my level 50 alts for provisioning and enhancements hirelings and daily writs. Which skills do I need to have in order to get max deliveries? I have another alt with max provisioning, so I don’t even need to craft my own glyphs or food on this alt.

Put max skill points into hireling will give you max deliveries.
